PROGRAM MISSION
Our goal is to ignite the passion to compete in life in each of our players through beach volleyball. 
We want each of our players to become the best versions of themselves in mind, body and spirit.
CURRENT FUNCTIONAL COACHING PHILOSOPHY
We strive to confidently, purposefully, and effectively transfer our knowledge to our athletes, in a fair, collaborative, constructive, meaningful, and supportive environment.  It is important that all RSF Beach athletes have fun and enjoy learning and playing beach volleyball.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS | FIVB IMPACT CERTIFIED

We have designed our beach programs to be in line with FIVB's BCAP curriculum and development plan.  Our training sessions focus on growing skill level in:
  • Serve and Pass Strategies for Sand
  • Sand Setting: How to Make the Hitter Look Good
  • Keys & Strategies for Effective and Consistent Attacking on the Sand
  • Defensive Strategies for the Sand Game: Blocking, Digging, Pulling and Chasing Shots
  •  Drills Designed for the Beach & Creating Effective, Game-like Sand Practices
